Jennifer is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), RQTU and HCPC Registered, with over 22 years of extensive experience as a selection and assessment professional. She has a proven track record in the design, delivery, and quality assurance of both nationally administered and bespoke solutions for assessment, selection, development, and training at all levels — from high-volume entry-level recruitment to executive and specialist roles. Her work spans primarily the public sector, with some involvement in private sector initiatives.
Since 2015, Jennifer has specialised in neurodiversity assessments for both adults and young people, focusing on conditions such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and more recently, ADHD. Her work spans educational and occupational contexts, offering comprehensive assessments and guidance. Additionally, she leverages personality assessments to support selection processes and facilitate professional development.
Jennifer holds a BSc in Applied Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and is an active member of several professional bodies, including the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee, Global ADHD Clinicians Network, PATOSS, and the British Dyslexia Association.
As a Registered Test User, Jennifer is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric and diagnostic tools, including:
- Personality & Development Assessments: WAVE Professional Styles, NEO Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo-B, MTQ48
- Neurodiversity & Cognitive Assessments: DIVA, WAIS-IV, WRAT 5, Adult DCD/Dyspraxia Checklist (ADC)
She also holds an ADHD Specialist Certification in Diagnosis & Management.
Jennifer currently holds an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and has full professional indemnity insurance.
